Legal Shorts
Legal Shorts is where you'll find brief overviews on legal topics of interest to cleantech entrepreneurs in a digestible format.
Our goal is simple: Give you the basics so when you need an attorney you're better prepped and armed with key questions.
In collaboration with the Government Law Center at Albany Law School, and independent attorneys practicing in the industry, we expect to add new content on a semi-monthly basis initially. We'll add new "Legal Shorts" later in August. In the meantime, here are some previously posted on the GLC website.
